Our Team

Yvonne Daniels, the Executive Director oversees Practical Knowledge’s overall vision, strategy, and operations while spearheading fundraising efforts, cultivating partnerships with stakeholders, and advocating for the organization's mission.

Danielle Daniels, our Scholarship Strategist designs programs that focus on improving the skills of students seeking funding to support their higher education pursuits. She collaborates with other team members to develop outreach initiatives and partnerships to expand access to scholarship opportunities.

Vaughn Murray, our Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of Dominican College, earning his bachelor's degree in accounting. He manages our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Vaughn is an important part of our team and necessary for grants and funding.

Christina Willis is a contributor and our coordinator of volunteer initiatives. She is a graduate of Hillcrest High School and is a long term volunteer who has been with us from the beginning.

Travias Cunningham, our Resource Specialist focuses on identifying, securing, and managing resources necessary to support our mission and programs. She collaborates with other team members to develop strategies for resource allocation and sustainability, ensuring the organization's long-term viability and impact.

Leah Willis, our Special Education Specialist provides guidance to families and advocates for necessary resources for parents planning for college. She serves as a valuable resource within our multidisciplinary team, lending her 25 years of special education teaching experience to serving the community.

Sabine French, our Public Rlations Specialist boasts an extensive background in project management, spanning the legal, nonprofit, political, and media sectors. She is passionate about utilizing her networking skills to help others achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
